Safe, Stable, and Secure Accommodation
Here are some of the key services we offer:
Supported Accommodation
We provide safe, fully furnished, clean, and comfortable housing options in shared homes, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents. In these secure and stable environments, residents can focus on their personal growth and development.
Individual Support Plans
Each resident undergoes an assessment to develop a personalised Individual Support Plan (ISP). These dynamic ISPs adapt to the evolving needs of each resident, serving as a lifeline for those aiming to lead more independent lives.
Assistance in Finding Work and Education
We offer a range of services designed to help our residents secure employment and educational opportunities. From CV workshops to job placement assistance, we provide the tools needed to pave the way for a brighter future.
Personal Growth and Development
Our services extend beyond providing housing. From mental health support and skill-building workshops to community outreach programs, we work to ensure our residents don’t just survive, but thrive.
Strong Community Link
We maintain robust relationships with other housing associations and work collaboratively to help our residents secure their own independent accommodation when they’re ready to make that transition.
Financial Support and Essentials
Understanding that many of our residents come to us in vulnerable situations, we assist in accessing additional grant funding for essentials like clothing and personal items. We also help secure food parcels, ensuring every resident has both a warm bed and food to eat.
Not Just a House but a something to live for
